Ingredients
  

For the Yuzu Cha
  • 2-3 fruits yuzu the star of the show
  • 1 cup honey or sugar, to taste
  • 4 cups water the base for your tea

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Wash the yuzu fruits thoroughly and cut them in half.
  2. Step 2: Squeeze the juice from the yuzu halves into a bowl, making sure to remove any seeds that sneak in.
  3. Step 3: Finely chop the yuzu rinds and add them to the bowl with the juice.
  4. Step 4: In a separate container, combine the yuzu juice, chopped rinds, and honey (or sugar). Mix well until your sweetener is fully dissolved.
  5. Step 5: Allow this mixture to sit for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Step 6: To serve, add 2-3 tablespoons of the yuzu mixture to a cup and pour hot water over it. Stir well, and enjoy!

Notes

Store the yuzu mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Mix well before using again.
