- Step 4: Add the cooked udon noodles to the pot and heat until everything is warmed through.
- Step 5: Serve the soup in bowls, garnishing with sliced green onion and nori strips.
- Step 6: Feel free to add any optional toppings like tempura or a soft-boiled egg for extra flair. Enjoy your Kake Udon!
Notes
If you have leftovers, let the soup cool completely and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
