Method
- Step 1: Start by preheating your teppanyaki grill or a flat top skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. This marinade is the heart of your flavors!
- Step 3: Add the beef, chicken, and shrimp to the bowl. Make sure everything is well coated in the marinade. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes to soak up those delicious flavors.
- Step 4: Once the grill is hot, add a little oil to the surface to prevent sticking.
- Step 5: Start with the beef. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove it from the grill and set it aside.
- Step 6: Next, add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until it’s fully cooked. Set it aside with the beef.
- Step 7: Finally, toss the shrimp onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Set aside.
- Step 8: In the same grill, add the mixed vegetables. Stir frequently and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Step 9: Return all the cooked meats to the grill. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
- Step 10: Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles, garnished with lemon wedges for a fresh finish!
Notes
If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet to avoid overcooking.
