- Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Step 4: Sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings and toss until well coated.
- Step 5: Place the wings on the smoker rack, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
- Step 6: Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Step 7: Remove the wings from the smoker and toss them in your favorite barbecue sauce, if desired.
