  • 1 tbsp onion powder Complements garlic
  • 1 tsp salt Essential for flavor

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings and toss until well coated.
  5. Step 5: Place the wings on the smoker rack, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  6. Step 6: Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Step 7: Remove the wings from the smoker and toss them in your favorite barbecue sauce, if desired.
  8. Step 8: Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or smoker.
