- Step 1: In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and dashi. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Step 2: Add the soy sauce, miso paste, salt, ginger, garlic, and chopped green onions. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Step 3: While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 4: After the broth has simmered, strain it to remove the ginger, garlic, and green onions. Return the clear broth to the pot and keep it warm.
- Step 5: To serve, place a portion of cooked ramen noodles in a bowl. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles.
- Step 6: Top your ramen with soft-boiled eggs, chashu pork, nori, menma, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions.
- Step 7: Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Broth lasts for about 3-4 days.
