- Step 1: In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add the sliced pork to the pot and cook until browned, letting the meat soak up the flavor of the garlic and ginger.
- Step 3: Pour in the chicken or pork broth and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Step 4: Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and gently add the cubed tofu.

- Step 6: Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing all those lovely flavors to meld together.
- Step 7: Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions just before serving for a fresh finish.
