Ingredients
  

For the Japanese Onion Dressing
  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped onion, soy sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Step 2: Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Step 3: Taste your dressing and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Step 4: Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Step 5: Give it a good shake before using, and enjoy!
