- Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

- Step 3: Add the sliced celery and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Step 4: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Step 5: Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing well to combine.
- Step 6: Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through and let the flavors meld.
- Step 7: Serve hot over cooked rice and enjoy!
Notes
If you have any leftovers, let the stir-fry cool completely before placing it in an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
