  • 1 count cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
